Message	those wheels are vintage. They are going to have chips from the road. they are gonna have small scratches. I dont know what you paid, but the dent is reparable, and you can get the wheels refinished. those wheels are 10+ years old, they are bound to have some rash from flying rocks, unless they were never mounted, you have to expect small nicks here and there.
